Dear lybrate user, sulphur is a deep acting, constitutional medicine, it affects to person as a whole ie each and every cell of ur body is under its influence, till its action gets over. It wont cause any bed sore, if it is there prior to d treatment there is a chance that it might aggrevate d bed sore. But as soon as d duration of action is over it ll get cured on its own.
