Hello, Thanks for the query.
All the medicines are good and used specifically for treating diabetes. Since nothing is mentioned about glucose levels and HbA1c%, there is no way to give any comment about glucose control or treatment. However, with weight being 114 kgs, it appears you are obese, that can be the major problem in controlling diabetes Thanks.

Plus looking at your height & weight, the BMI is 27.156 kgs/M2 (normal <23 kgs), which shows that you are overweight. This also contributes in not achieving desired control of blood glucose. Your ideal weight should be 77 kgs.
As regards higher level of SGPT, again due to being over weight leading t...more

Dear , your sugars are slightly higher than the recommended levels. You can try improving your diet & exercise regimens as you are already on maximum doses of your medications. There is one new tablet invokana 100 mg which is available now. It is expensive. Approx 40- 45 rs per tablet. You can try taking it once a day after breakfast & see. This will be in addition to the other tablets you are already taking. If this is fine with you then probably your sugars might come down. Or else you need to...more
