Sir my age is 25. Height 5 ft11 inch. Weight 82 kg. From 2 years I used to feel light abdominal pain on left side of abdomen. I consulted many times with doctor. They always ignore my issue saying it is due to gas. But before 3 month ago when pain was increased and it was near belly button too and I used to have black stool for around 2 week. Then I visited an doctor he asked me for stool occult blood test and endoscopy of upper gi tract. Stool occult blood test was positive and endoscopy shows fundus erosion and fungal gastritis and biopsy rut positive. Then doctor gave me pantocid hp kit, sucramal, gastroguard syrup for 15 days. I have improvement at that time. Then I again visited doctor he gave me pantocid dsr, sucramal and gastroguard and acogit tablet. Still I had very little improvement but no improvement in pain. Again I had endoscopy it shows 3 mm nodule in antrum and hyperemia. And sample for biopsy taken from nodule. It shows chronic superficial gastritis. My pain is intense these days. And black patches comes in stool.

Whatever medicines your taking for GERD/ acidity, none of it will work in GERD. Sucral is for peptic ulcers. And to be taken before meals, not after meals. U can use lactifiber in place for softovac and that too at night time.
