Take good amount of milk and milk products, ragi, sesame seeds and green vegetables to get calcium and take enough vitamin D for its absorption. Excess of calcium leads to kidney stone and weakning of bones also.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
From what you have mentioned it is clear that you are having diabetes. But there is no mention of either fasting or PP glucose levels as well as HbA1c%. Plus no information on which drugs you are on and their dosage. WIthout whihc there is no way to comment. Plus there is no information on weight, height, extent of daily exercise and dietary pattern. These are raised bcz vit d is less. Take orange juice but sunlight is the main source of vit d, try to sit in sunlight for at least half an hour naked as much as you can. Vit b 12 its fish which is very good, milk, cheese, milk products n some of soy products.

Have plenty of milk and diary product which contains lot of calcium and alsonyou should have sandoz calcium tablet onendaily as a suplimentarybdiet lac of calcium causes osteoarthritis osteoporosis of bones. Have balanced diet of fat protein and carbohydrates. Have plenty of water by mouth.
