It should work . Reduce Salt intake, Take adequate rest and sleep. Keep record of BP check regularly. Show it to your doctor to confirm it is High BP. Till them Cinnarazine will give some relief

Please don't add cinnarzine, it acts almost like stemetil md so it can boost the activity of stemetil. Rather keep a check on bp and sugars. If you can explain your complains helping would be easier, if needed you can plan video consultation wherein I can show you some exercises. Nb exercise should be done near bed and in presence of someone.

This condition is called bppv benign paroxysmal positional vertigo in which there occurs vertigo/chakkar during posture change. It can be treated by a manouvre (epley's) that is done by an ent specialist.
