Just take steam for at least 15 minutes twice a day. I guess you might b fit. You r suffering from a sort of allergy due to any eatable or any other thing. Th secretion caused by allergy got collected in your sinuses to cause swelling n might b headache also.

Hi,
as 10% of your problem is still left, better to avoid swimming at this stage although you will wear protective goggles, but somehow chances for exposure to infection increases. Take rest for few more days, let your eye problem get completely cured, only then think of re-starting swimming classes again.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily
use sunscreen with spf 30 daily.
Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week.
You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.
