Your water intake is more than enough .In normal conditions 3-4 litres of water is recommended but if you work out a lot or sweat a lot (in hot & humid environment) it can go up. Do not exceed it as it might fill you up and replace some nutritiuos meal which otherwise you would have.

Avoid going outside in dust or take precautions like using googles of good quality. Wash your eyes with cold water frequently. Don't strain eyes in watching TV and using system for prolonged time. Ayurvedic medicine - Mahatriphala ghrita-1 spoon with 1cup of lukewarm desicowmilk twice a day wiil also help.

0.25 mg with water, mouth dissolving your gurgle it will dissolve in mouth, but it is a prescription drug ideally taken with advise of a psychiatrist. It is used for short term control of anxiety and not for long term use. It can be harmful on long term regular usage in certain people.

Hi . normal daily intake of water is 2-3 liters.if water intake is deficit or excess both will affect ur body.excess intake of water will cause oedema, neurological problems, electrolyte imbalance ,coma and severe cases leads to death.so try to take sufficient quantity of water.anything less or more will have effect in ur body.

There is no term like watery sperm. Semen is liquid only. It liquify after 5-10 minutes of ejaculation so don't worry. If there is some abnormality in semen you can know only by microscopic examination.
