Obviously with fluoride without any doubt. Adults require 950-1000 ppm of fluoride while kids require 450-500ppm.

Sensodyne repair and protect is a good gel to use for sensitive teeth. But my advise is do not use it like a regular tooth paste for brushing ideally for its proper action apply it on your teeth and leave it for 3-5 minutes for the complete result. And use it in the same way twice daily for atleast 2-3 months.
Thanks.

Hello
as such there is no medicine available to remove fluoride from your teeth. The fluoride has actually become intrinsic now. It is known as fluorosis. It can only be masked by means of veneers or crowns or bleaching can be tried in some cases.
But to decide as to which treatment would be best for you we would need to see some photographs. You can upload the photographs for a better guidance and if possible just visit your nearby dentist especially a cosmetic or aesthetic dentist and ...more

First of all, a mouthwash has to be used for a reason. And only be prescribed by your dentist. Its not a very good practice to just randomly buy a mouthwash and start using it.
And if a mouthwash is prescribed, it should be used because it reaches to those spaces in-between your teeth and gums where the toothpaste can reach.

Fluoridated pastes are ok but you need to see the fluoride content. Should not exceed more than 200-250 ppm in case for use by a 2 year old. Also spitting a must after brushing. Good luck.

If the stains are because of excessive flouride ,it is intrinsic type of stains.
Bleaching will not be effective in your case.
you may need artificial enamel filling or crowning

You can visit your dentist and get veneers. I wouldn't recommend dental bleaching though because it might hurt your tooth structure which has already been weakened by fluoride.
