If she had fluoridation problem not concern. But right now she is not consuming water or any king treatment with high fluoride levels right. Fluoride levels high do cause some brain damaged but evidence still lacking.

Re-mineralisation of tooth occurs when it is provided with Ca or fluoride ions. Presently we say Fluoride . Above mentioned food does not contain fluoride . Cheese contains Ca , but it is not free Ca ions so vitamin D and Ca helps in remineralisation by getting absorbed in body.
