If your periods are normal then usually it should be okay. I would advise you to do a HB level . Also you should consult a doctor if you are planning a pregnancy as your anti-hypertensive medicine and other medicines may need changing

It is advisable to take doctor prescribed dose. If you are taking it because your symptoms are severe then it is advisable to consult doctor before taking higher dose. If you have accidentally taken increased dose once, then nothing to worry.

it sounds good that you are taking your medicine regularly. But sometimes the medicines doesn't work properly according to the symptoms.in such conditions we need to take a follow up with the psychiatrist .it will help to get a proper medicine & it helps to decrease the symptoms. Need to do a regular follow up with the psychiatrist. Counselling sessions with the course of medicine will also help to overcome from the disease of anxiety.

Hi, Is your mother physically active? It is very important that in old age the person do some kind of physical activity. Physical activity also improves memory power. Also they should mingle with the persons of their age either online or offline. They should not be left alone.
About the leg cramps you should ask her treating doctor to change or adjust the medication.

Usually if BP is well controlled with a single drug, then there is no need for additional drugs. But in your case doctor has already recommended Telmisartan, Chlotiazide and a beta blocker, means there is need for these drugs. Since no readings are mentioned, it is difficult to comment. Thanks.
