Hello there. Supermet XL and stamlo are both anti hypertensives. But they are different. One is a beta blocker and the other is a calcium channel blocker. If you have high blood pressure you may have to take it for life time.

You should do serum sodium ,potassium and magnesium report. If normal than change the amlodac 10 mg to tab stamlo beta 25 mg (amlodipine 5 mg and metoprolol 25 mg).
