I would be interested to know your workup and investigation on young hypertensive basis if done.

you are in stage 2 (moderate systolic) hypertension despite of medications your bp is on higher side and needs agressive treatment to prevent any cardiac risk in future
aten 25 mg is a non cardioselective beta blocker I would like to shift you on higher doses of cardioselective beta blockers like carvedilol ,metoprolol

If you are asymptomatic than stop medication and measure the bp value for three days in morning and evening and revert with finding.

You need to follow certain natural norms to lower down your BP apart from medication.
Go for a walk in the morning to regulate blood circulation to combat your BP.
Go for meditation to reduce stress in order to nourish your body conditioning the heart and to regularise your digestive system, aswell.
Tk, plenty of water ro hydrate your body.
Your diet be easily digestible on time to avoid gastric disorder that triggers BP & raised heart rate.
