I think, first you check your tsh and ecg, pounding of heat may not be because of amlodac. Rule out other causes first.

Hypertension at your age i.e 33 is not expected. You need a thorough evaluation to look for any secondary causes of hypertension at such young age like hypothyroidism, sleep apnoea, renal disorders.
Once we rule out all the secondary and correctable causes then we can plan the medication part.

Hello there. Supermet XL and stamlo are both anti hypertensives. But they are different. One is a beta blocker and the other is a calcium channel blocker. If you have high blood pressure you may have to take it for life time.
