Please get an ecg and echo done and consult a cardiologist with the reports so that we can understand what kind of heart beat you are experiencing. Do you have diabetes also, if yes then telday is the best option, otherwise either drugs are good. It is my suggestion that you start with half tablet and then go to full dose while monitoring your bp.
