Medications have a complex interaction among them & depends which drugs are you taking. Typically one should not mix too many drugs together but if there are only 2-3 tablets they could be taken together.

To manage your issues, kindly do the following exercises apart from medication
when done regularly twice a day, this exercise gradually alleviates the anxiety and is a sure shot method to relieve anxiety. But should be done religiously. Make a self rating scale of 0 to 10 where 0 = absence of anxiety, 10 = highest level of anxiety experienced. Each time you set yourself to do this exercise - note your anxiety level on 0 to 10 scale in a copy. Do the rating before exercise and after the exerc...more

Its better to avoid medications at this young age.
1. Avoid caffeine found in coffee, tea, chocolate, cola, and some pain relievers.[four to six hours before bedtime.]
2. Quiet, dark, and cool environment can help promote sound sleep..[Use heavy curtains, or an eye mask to block light, and also keeping computers, TVs, and other work materials out of the room will help promote mental bonding between your bedroom and sleep]
3. Avoid stressful, stimulating activities like doing work, disc...more

It is not good continue medicine. It leads side effects. Better to come out from medicine. For depression psychological counselling will helps very much. I think you never attend for counselling. Strong counselling sessions are required. Use the medicine whenever you feel normal then leave it. It is best as soon as possible you should come out from the medicine. Years together you use your mind addicted to medicine. Suppose in future you cannot sleep properly without medicine. It is always bette...more

There is nothing called better or inferior. All medications are tailored to an individual depending on the symptoms, response and tolerability. Over the Counter self medication and self medication by googling is dangerous to one's body and mind. Lorazepam is a benzodiazepine and can cause severe dependence and side effects on a longer run. Escitalopram ad Sertraline are SSRI's and need to be prescribed carefully adjusting/ titrating dosage by a psychiatrist. Hope this info helps.
