meditation works excellent to treat with depression & anxiety but mind you it is a very long process. It is a very deep connect of body mind & soul. I suggest please continue the practice without fail. the experience you had is quite enviable because meditation can make you feel like it. Try this. Brush twice a day. Before brushing in morning drink 3 to 4 glass of water so normal flora commensal bacteria good for gut reaches body provided you brushed at night. Tea warm and not hot only twice not more than that. Do heavy breakfast. Lunch lighter than breakfast n some snacks in evening. Dinner lighter than lunch. Gap between dinner n sleep should be atleast 2 hrs.
