the anxiety your headache at the back of head are related to each other. It is good that you have stopped tianeptine. I do not think that it is responsible for your headache. As you withdrew after a month its not likely to be responsible for your symptoms. In view of your experience I suggest you try non pharmacological means for anxiety like relaxation techniques, meditation, exercise and regular hours in your day to day routine.
