I am married since 10 months. I have a pain in my lower abdomen and back at times. Especially after having sex. I even have severe itching in my vagina. My periods are usually regular. I went to apollo cradle jayanagar for treatment, there Dr. Usha checked me and wrote c/o dyspareunia, pain in abdomen, vulval irritation and wdpv in patient history. She examined me and then wrote, p/a- soft, supra pubic tenderness p/s- cx, vulva, vagina healthy p/v- uterus ns, av, ff later she asked me to get an abdomen and pelvic ultrasound scan and urine routine test done. I got it done but the results were all normal and usg showed bilateral pcos. So the doctor said everything is fine no need of medicines. This was on 17th august. I am very unsatisfied with the doctors response. But now my itching has increased and it is very troublesome. I feel like urinating frequently. Please suggest me some medicines or a solution to this.

I am a 24 year old female. I was in the middle of a sexual act with my partner when I started to bleed without any pain. I thought that My periods have started as they were due in a day or two. But now 3 days have passed since that incident and there has been no bleeding/discharge at all since then. There is no pain either. I don't know what is going on. Hi everyone, I am 26 years old & very anxious about my vitiligo condition. I am suffering from it from last 8 years. On the very first year, I took allopathy from the reputed doctors and apply various ointments like tacrolimus. Initially, the patches were about to reduce but after a few months, they got bigger and have attacked with new patches. I took uvba light as well for a few months but no effect at all. After 3 years, I switched to homeopathy and he told me to get some things tested. My reports were +ve and I got +ve result from allergies (dust, food). Till now I have switched 3-4 homeopathy doctors including Dr. batra's because of no result. Apart from batra's the other homeopathy doctors prescribed me to take ammi visnaga, hydrocotyle, photos foetidus, allergen, arsenicum sulphuratum flavum 6x. Now I am taking medicine from reputed homeopathy clinic from delhi though I get some relief from allergy but not from vitiligo, I got some new patches as well. I researched and read some notes (studies) that some group took folic acids, vitamin b12, ginkgo biloba and they get cured but none of these groups listed their -ve effects. I am afraid to take these supplements. * I have some white hair. Patches location - neck (the initial patch), around both eyes, elbow, fingertips, hand. Please give me genuine advice that can cure my condition. Thanks!

I've had itching after I shaved two weeks ago and foul smelling discharge from couple of months. On pv white discharge is seen and on pr stools were felt rectum was diltad, buttocks swollen, rashes around bikinilines and small bumps at the back of buttocks. My pubic hair has become coarse and penetrating since i've shaved twice this week. It burns when I do so cuts my skin badly. I feel my hips are inflamed and genitals too. I can't walk properly due to coarse hair .during intercourse I feel external genitalia burns and a itchy and dry throughout a day. I have been taking fluderm twice week enoxabid bd flagyl od duphalac syrup bd as i'm chronic constipation patient since 16 years and external haemorrhoids since 3 years. Sudocream for rashes around bikini lines. Hydrozle cream gynosporin cream xyloaid for haemorrhoids betnovate cream rarely use. Please help me and let me know how to get rid of my pubic hair that's causing more problem without shaving and cream as both burns my skin.

Hii, looks like you have some rash/ fungal infection. Avoid prolonged use of betnovate and hydrozole cream as both contain steroid. For hair removal, lasers are an answer to decrease the thickness of your skin hair. Minimum 5-6 sittings are required for optimum results. Please consult an md dermatologist near your place for proper diagnosis and management of your skin condition.

Mild concentric LVH Doctor prescribed me SELOKEN XL25. After taking 6 month medicine. Again did ECG shows abnormal ecg heart rate 97 bpm. When done echo test result shows IVS (d/s)=8/11 mm PW (d/s)=8/11 mm LVID (d/s)=42/28 mm LA/AO=27/28 mm ACS= 17 mm PV= 76 cm/sec AV = 120 cm/sec E= 91 cm/sec A= 67 cm/sec LV EF = 60% Normal echo with normal l have function. Structurally normal heart. Shall I continue medicine it's already 1 year. I feel normal in morning and after the medicine for next 3 hours I feel more heart rate little unwell.

Seloken 25 should control your Heart rate, not increase it actually. You had high BP which is controlled with medicine best is not to stop it if your BP is not low. You should see your doctor and discuss for your medicine optimisation.
