If it the bleeding PV (Per vagina ) then it can be menses bleeding (But it has to be confirmed ) medicine that you have taken is not reliable for sure, bleeding pv does not ruled out the pregnancy. diarrhea or loose motion have nothing to take with the medicine.

If there is no history of previous abortions, previous preterm deliveries, spotting pv in this pregnancy & if you don't have any infection, you can have sex. Otherwise better to avoid.
