it is not because of itraconazole. Since this medication was taken 2 years back and that to only for 7 days. There is very less chance to loss libido due this medication. Libido problems might be causing due to lot of factors. I would suggest you to consult a men's specialist or andrologist to find out the main reason behind your problem. 1) wear loose fitting clothes. No jeans and tights for 2-3 weeks
2) wash up atleast twice daily with antifungal soap
3) don't use wet towels
4) wash all linen in hot water and sun dry
5) treat and repeat steps 1-5 for all affected family members and close friends.
