I am consulting a psychiatrist for my anxiety problem from last 1 month. Doctor prescribed me paxonil plus {paroxetine (25 mg)+ clonazepam (0.5 mg)} and placida {flupentixol (0.5 mg)+ melitracen (10 mg)} after 37 days, last day doctor cut some medicine and give paxonil and spenzo. Will I be having withdrawal symptoms as I discounted clonazepam and melitracen? If yes how many days will it last?

If your doctor has suggested to cut down on the dosage of your medicines then it is important you follow the instructions (which are based on your reporting of symptoms and doctor's evaluation). Never self prescribe! and if you feel and find it difficult with the dosage please inform your doctor immediately rather than adjusting medicines on your own.

I am a patient of anxiety disorder from last 10 years and also a patient of high blood pressure. I am being treated by neuropsychiatric from last 10 years for which I am taking medications such as Valprol CR-500 twice a day, clonotril1 thrice a day, spenzo 0.5 twice a day, spenzo only from last 3 months, copax sr 1 mg once a day, zimor 10 mg at night. For blood pressure I am taking Amtas AT once a day and last year Telma H was added. Search from last few days my pulse rate is between 9200 before that it was between 75-87. Also from last few days my blood sugar level in the morning is very low that is around 72 O 75 after having a cup of tea. Does all the hills things are happening due to the medication which I am taking or something else. My cardiologist says that pulse rate is ok and there is nothing to worry about this is all due to your anxiety and depression medicines which you are taking. Kindly help me sir as I am in a lot of confusion not knowing what to do. My age is 44 years and my weight has also increased around 10-12 kgs Regards Rajnish.

Gud evng. I have problem of high bp. I feel so irritated nd uneasy. Restless. So I hv to take mdcn of bp. Sometimes. I also take the medcn of depression. Wen I feel very much stress. Or in depression The mdcn I take in case of depression is fluanxol. 5 mg. I want to avoid these medicines. Of Bp me depression Wat should I do to avoid these medicines?

If your bp is because of hereditary reasons, you might have to continue the medication for life long. But you can control your bp with help of proper diet, yoga and meditation.
Regarding the depression, do no take medication without consulting a doctor. Also contact a counsellor/psychogherapist who will help you to come out of your depression.

Take evening medicines early about 7.30 - 8 pm and go to bed by 9.pm at least. After a few days your body starts to sleep by that time and will be more awake during the day.

My sister is 36 years old and suffering from Psychotic depression since 1.5 years and also suffering from Thyroid also. Doctor has prescribed an injection of CLOPIXOL DEPOT 200MG (INTRA-MUSCULAR DEEP) EVERY 15 DAYS. Is it right to give this injection to her. It's been 1.5 years and the changes we wanted to see are still not getting visible. I want my sister to get back to normalcy ASAP.

1. Take 2 tbsp crushed flaxseeds
2. Add little water
3. Mix well and make paste
4. Apply this on the throat
5. Wash off after 20 min
6. Dry with a clean piece of cloth
7. Natural home remedy using sorrel leaves and olive oil

I am 5 weeks 5 days pregnant. yesterday had bleeding so went for checkup doctor advised for USG and in the reports heartbeat was not found doctor injected Proluton depot and asked for another USG done after 10 days. Today I am not having bleeding. Is there chances for my proper pregnancy. I am very nervous. I had miscarriage before 2 years.
