Hello-
it is entirely normal for one testicle to be bigger than the other. Many people find that the right testicle is slightly larger and the left hangs lower. A difference in size is usually nothing to worry about, though it can occasionally indicate a problem.

The ratio of bun to creatinine is usually between 10: 1 and 20: 1. An increased ratio may be due to a condition that causes a decrease in the flow of blood to the kidneys, such as congestive heart failure or dehydration.

But filters damaged by kidney disease may let proteins such as albumin leak from the blood into the urine. Let's discuss your problem in detail for better medication plan.

The ratio is decreased according to this value
this can be due to decreased urea or increased creatinine level
for this to correlate, other parameters of renal and liver function tests should be considered cause can be due to kidney damage or liver injury.
