your height weight ratio is not too high. Bt it's good to reduce few kgs. As calculating your bmi ratio, it's seems to be in normal limit or in high normal. If you gain more kgs it may leads to obesity. So better do some exercise and avoid jung foods. Maintain your weight as 80-85 range.
