Pain can cause sweating. Thats expected. If pain is decreasing with cyclopam, then its a colic (pain from bowels/ or may be urine tube). He needs a basic ultrasound scan of abdomen. Ask him to avoid fatty meals, reduce legumes, and drink adequate water.
