Respected doctor, I am 22 years old boy. About a month ago I was outside my house and I felt really hungry. So I bought a chocolate and drink it with some water. But the hunger didn't go away. I ate some means after that. Next day I feel so discomfort in my abdominal area. It wasn't pain or anything but so discomforting that I had to go to the hospital. Ecg, video x-ray blood report everything came normal. The doctor prescribed me pansafe d and meftal spas. The discomfort slightly go away but the hunger didn't go. No matter how much I eat, I feel hungry so hungry that if I don't get to eat in that very moment I felt like my stomach was going to kill me. When I take pantop or other gastric medicine I feel more discomfort and the hunger don't go away. I can't go anywhere outside thinking if I become hungry when I am outside and I don't get anything to eat I might pass away. I am so much in trouble please help me.

The decision to operate on an inflamed appendix is typically based on a combination of clinical symptoms, physical examination findings, and imaging studies. An appendix size of 4.5 mm may be within a normal range, but the decision to operate is usually not based solely on the size but also on the presence of inflammation and clinical symptoms.

Advice:
no, mefenamic acid is not safe in dengue fever.
Mefenamic acid belongs to nsaid drugs.
It can lead to increased risk of cardiovascular thrombotic events which will worsen in dengue where there is decrease in platelet count.
