Health Query

Severe abdominal pain towards left lower abdomen stretching joto the left scrotum. Its more like a nerve pain and while urinating it takes time and pains like something is pricking and get a burning sensation. I have a history of kidney stone previously but that was gone within couple of days after taking alkasol syrup. This time too I took alkasol and Clear stone but in vain. The pain is not there all times it pains while wearing undergarments, while walking at times while seating as well. At time she pain stays for up to an hour and that time it's unbearable. I have taken Ultracet 500 and Meftal Spas. But again all these gave temporary relief. Please advise a permanent remedy, tests and medicine as I would like operation to be the last resort and not think about it now!

Hello, 64 years old male, I am suffering from severe stomach pain. This pain gets relieved when I pass stool. After 1 hour appears again. But the pain is not localised it keeps changing from navel region to left side of the abdomen, around navel and then rises above and then sometimes at backside. Stomach bulges and becomes very hard. I does not know if it is Stomach infection. I have white dysentery. I can not sleep alright. I am having this problem since May-18 and have approached many doctors. I'm a 22 year old female. My period is regular and normal. I do have a lot of cramps for which I take 1 tablet of meftal spas. Otherwise everything is fine. But I experience spotting quite often after a lot of days have passed after my period. It's usually brownish and light and I haven't really worried about it since it's not heavy and very light and little. I did a vigorous work out yesterday and today I noticed that I had spotting again, but the blood was red and looked like period blood though I still have 19 days left for my period to begin. And there's a very slight pain in my stomach. Very very slight though. Is it something to worry?

Hello sir/mam, so from last two days I was feeling very discomfort in my abdominal area! I feel like my kidneys are damaged! because there was a change in how much I urinate (less)! colour of my urine is darker! I was not properly having motion (poop! also I feel loss of appetite! but then yesterday evening I visited hospital, doctor examined me! and said it is something intestinal! and gave me these tablet's (pan-d, meftal spas, & o2 tablet )! also told me to drink enough water! so I took yesterday nights dose and it does feel little comfortable! but my urine was even darker this morning also didn't have enough motion (poop) but I am concerned that because I read on google that less urinating and darker in colour has something to do with kidney problem! so do I need to worry?

Hi, I am 33 year old male from New Delhi. For the last 1 month, I have abdominal infection. Every morning, stool is firm but feels like whole stomach is not cleared. After that almost after I eat anything, there is frequency of bowel movement with acidic semi loose or loose stool 3-4 times a day daily. After my period my left side lower stomach is paining. I took martel spas. Pain reduced but again it's paining after a day. My age is 37. I am planning for my first baby. You should get an ultrasound done and physical examination by a gynaecologist. Tab evaserve does not relieve pain. Besides pain you need proper workup for infertility also. Get yourself properly diagnosed. For the time being you can take meftal spas tab thrice a day or can try buscopan tablets.
