If you have red gums also I think you would first require a scaling polishing by a dentist than use good co soft tooth brush with any standard tooth paste of your choice.

Health Query

I am 18 years old male and I wear specs of power -2.51d from last 2 weeks I am seeing halos around the white light and it is appearing normal when I look at other colours ie I do not see halos. Sometimes the halos are even colourful like rainbow. And from last two days whenever I am looking at a night bulb it is appearing that the bulb is gradually increasing in size and after few seconds the bulb starts decreasing in size till it reaches its original size. I am also seeing black spots when I look at white or light coloured surfaces. I am also having headache. Also I want to mention that I sleep at 4 am in the morning and wake up at 10 am in the morning and also I watch tv and phone for long hours continuously but I do regular eye exercises such as rolling eyes, focusing and blinking. What should I do now? Please help.
