consult a gastrointestinal doctor in your area, take cap PAN-L 1BD and syp sparacid 3tsf tds by the time, and take blend diet, avoid tea, coffee alcohol and tobacco in any form absolutely. Allopathic treatment is best for this.

Hi, I am 28, suffering from indigestion, hyper acidity, sour mouth, loss of appetite, vomiting tendency since last 14 years, visited doctors, taking medicines. Omeprazole, rabeprazole, pantoprazole, aciloc rd all have been prescribed to me. At first medicines work, then again symptoms re-appears. Because of loss of appetite, i'm too underweight. Usg, lft, endoscopy all done, h-pylori was detected and cured in 2017, last year only mild deodintis found, which is not a major issue, as doctor said. Recently, suffering more. Since last 1 month, not able to eat properly, feeling full after having 2-3 bites, feeling uneasy after having water, getting sour taste in mouth all the time, no appetite. Taking tablet esoz fast in empty stomach, sucralfate o syrup before meal and ultizyme tablet before meal, since last 8 days. But no improvement. Already underweight and loosing weight because of not having sufficient food. Doctor told to continue the same medications but I can't see any improvement. Now, getting stressed to resolve this problem, to be fit and fine. Can someone help me out, please.

Sir, tab practin tds will increase her appetite
and a mixture of benadryl. Codeine, sucralfate, dispin and steroids mixture which is to gargled will help apart from this a few other measures will help out.

Tab Rabeprazole 20mg once daily (morning/empty stomach) for three weeks
syrup Sucralfate 3 tsp 10minutes before meals)for 10days
Tablet metoclopramide 10mg once daily for 3days
Avoid spices, tea, coffee,smoking
take meals at time. Don't do fasting

If not resolved in three days:--
Seek some medicine specialist help

Which medicine you r taking? switch to rebikind plus in morning and evening also take sucralfate syrup 2tsf aftr meal drink plenty of water light diet and take 2tsf of isbgol husk with warm water at bed time it will help u.

it means that you have got small ulcers in your stomach. avoid spicy food,drinks and take anti-ulcer agents like ppi and sucralfate. get tested for helicobactor pylori,if no relief with simple medicines

Yes you can take with adequate water. Treat by applying sucralfate and lidocaine if it is associated with anal fissure.
