No it is not advised to take vitamin a along with isotretinoin in fear of causing hypervitaminosis a { causes: fever, irritability, vision problems etc }. However if prescribed by your doctor as a part of treatment you may proceed with caution and seek consultation as soon as possible with the onset of above mentioned symptoms.
You can take any other vitamin supplements along with isotretinoin.

Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. side effects of isotretinoin 20 mg may include:
joint pain, back pain;
feeling dizzy, drowsy, or nervous;
dryness of the lips, mouth, nose, or skin; or.
cracking or peeling skin, itching, rash, changes in your fingernails or toenails.
