U should take tab. Levocetrizine 5 mg at night.
and can apply calamine lotion. Both are good and dont have any long time side effect.

It is a kind of allergic reactions due to insect bietare little difficult to remove bcz they are in skin where blood supply is very little. So it will take time to remove.
