TGL 206 mg is not really needing any treatment. Secondly unless actual TSH level is mentioned it is difficult give an opinion about that. Usually treatment of hypothyroidism has to be continued for lifetime. As regards borderline diabetes, if your HbA1c% is 6.5, then there is definite diabetes, which needs to be treated with appropriate drugs, diet control and exercise. Thanks.

Continue with the regular treatment and go for the follow up as suggested. Keep doing the tests like CBC, ESR, blood sugar, TSH, ECG and urine routine.
