Hello Mr. lybrate-user, ppi intake stops calcium absorption, long-term ppi intake will definitely effect calcium metabolism. Although your vitamin d is normal the calcium does not absorb. In absence of dietary calcium blood culture is being maintained buy mobilising calcium from bones. Cramps should improve once you start taking calcium and vitamin d supplementation. Tocotrienol and l carnitine supplement should also help to alleviate the pain from cramps. I hope this helps.

Do not use esomeprazole and domperidone, even either of them without consulting your obstetrician. They are not safe in pregnancy.

Hi Daniel ji... Let me tell you one bitter truth... the allopathic medicine are only for temporary effect or suppressive effect and never bring a permanent "CURE"... and you will have to take them life long... or until it suppress GERD and comes out as other complaint....
Better consult for homoeopathic treatment... which treats the cause and the effect vanishes itself thus a curative effect....and permanent as well as safe..
