Kindly use ortrivin containing sodium chloride for nasal blockage.
Do not use otrivin containing xylometazoline or any other content.
Otrivin s (nasal saline drops) can be used again and again for nasal blockage/mild cough/respiratory sounds/snorring.

Mucolite sr capsule is best! twice daily for 5 days. Do not take otrivin. Use nasoclear which will cleanse the passage only. Though not good relief, it is safe for now. Also use karvol plus steam inhalation capsules and do steam inhale with water everyday.

No, it's not a problem at all. Don't worry. And you need not treat so called cold at all, if child is taking breast feeds well, putting on weight and is active.
