2. Do not eat and drink cold food items
3. Try to avoid persons affected with cold and cough because it spreads through droplet mode by coughing and sneezing
4. Take a tablet of levocetrizine and a basic antibiotic with an expectorant cough syrup for 4 days

1. Avoid exposure to cold
2. Take bath with little warm water 3. Do steam inhalation regularly at least once a day
4. Warm salt water gargles daily 5 no cold water / cold drinks / ice creams and so on
6. No smoking/ avoid pollution 7. Wash hands after use of bath room and before and after eating food.
8 more warm liquids medicine can not be advised for open question for medicine contact on private consultation good luck.

1. Do a complete blood examination like cbc, esr, mantoux test, x ray chest, sputum examination for afb (3 samples).
2. Consult chest physician with report.
