Take steam inhalation 3-4 times daily at least for next 2 weeks.
Betadine 2% gargle mint 30 sec 4 times in a day for 2 weeks.

Your symptoms suggest Upper \Respiratory infection. Most of the time it is Viral, and will not need antobiotics. Now Advent is an antibiotic. You can try Salt water gargling and steam inhalation three times a day for 2-3 days. Also have soups with pepper, and drink only warm water.
