You need to stop falling in a relationship till you r in a stable state of mind. Only then will you figure out what you want and how to tackle a relationship. In the meanwhile, you may continue sertraline and Amisulpiride.

Trinicalm forte belongs to older first generation antipsychotic. You can replace it with newer second generation antipsychotic like Amisulpride. But the dosage of amisulpride needs to be fixed, depending on your improvement and side effects.
Discuss with your psychiatrist about it. May be, she/he is in the process of shifting you from trinicalm forte to amisulpride.

Don't worry too much about labelling of tablets as antipsychotic (amisulpride, quetiapine) or antidepressant (serta, xet, mirtaz). We are trying to reclassify according to neurochemical changes they bring about. Some of them, like mirtaz, acts on 3 different neurochemicals. Psychiatrists use antipsychotics in depression and antidepressant in psychosis. All are for better improvement in your symptoms so that you can have a better quality of life.
