I've been having a tiny sore in the opening of urethra (in meatus) since 1 month. It was started when I had masturbation After two days I feel burning urination in the tip of pennis and I started consuming more fluids which makes slight better and tiny sore in meatus gone away after 4 days. I had checkedup with urologist and uralysis reports shows few uric acid, some epithelial cells and few amorphous crystals others normal. Now suffering with symptoms: 1. Burning urination sometimes. 2. Frequent urination when consuming more water mostly in night. 3. Slight pain near the tip of pennis after or during ejaculation/masturbation. 4. Slight Pain comes and go away in lower back including left side and in groin for 2 or 3 minutes. 5. Slight pain during activities for sometime. 6. Cloudy urine sometimes. 7. Yellow color urine instead of consuming water.

It is better tonget USG abdomen and pvrv done. If normal start tab bacstol 200 mg twice daily and tàb alfuzosin 10 mg once daily for 15 days and see how is the response. These symptoms could be due to chronic prostatitis or sometimes stones can cause this. If USG abdomen is showing swelling in kidney get ncct abdomen also.

It could be due to chronic prostatitis. Please get USG abdomen and pvrv and urine routine and culture and sensitivity done. If normal then start tab bacstol 200 mg twice daily and tab alfuzosin 10 mg once daily for 1 month and see how is the response.

Please get USG abdomen and pvrv and urine routine and culture and sensitivity done. If all reports are normal then start tab solifenacin 5 mg twice daily for 15 days and see how is the response.

If you are not getting relief with it then check your USG report. If your pvrv is less than 50 ml then add solifenacin 5 mg twice daily. And still if you don't get relief then younar a candidate for prostate surgery.

Sometimes it will take time for you to adapt. But till you have these symptoms I am sure you must be taking antimuscarinics like solifenacin or mirabegron. Continue that and decrease amount of fluids intake after 7 pm. It will take time.
