Hi, I am 33, unmarried. I am suffering from frequent urination and when I make some delay, I feel a lot of uneasiness. After urination, I feel completely relaxed. I did USG and my prostate size was 18 grams. Kindly suggest me what to do. Further let me know if I have an enlarged prostate. If yes, please let me know what should be the normal size of a prostate. It is not due to enlarged prostate. There is an entity called as overactive bladder which gives symptoms like this. Start tab solifenacin 5 mg twice daily for 15 days and see how is the response.

Please help me how to stop my frequent urination habit because my classes are 3 hr so how stop my urinate to 3 hrs because its emarased always to said for got for toilet. Any kind medicine was stop instant frequent urinate because my class were reopen from next weak so please prescribed some medicine to stop this frequent urination. Pls get USG abdomen and pvrv and urine routine and culture and sensitivity done. Rule out uti. If they are normal then you can start tab solifenacin 5 mg twice daily for 15 days.

1. Pass urine whenever you feel a desire, empty bladder completely.
3. Take lots of water so as to have clear urine
4. Do not use any spray, scented bath products
7. Keep genital area dry- wear cotton, loose under garments, avoid tight clothes like jeans

Hello Doctor, I do not know exactly the problem but if I drink water 1 or 1.5 glass the kidney gets out of control means I have to go for washroom continuously in the gap between 5 to 10 mins and it will continue for at least 30 to 45 mins.
