Yes, digene is safe in pregnancy but take one tablet (gel is good) on the other hand you should take sufficient amount of water (3-3.5 ltrs) & avoid spicy & chilly foods .keep your month clean by 2 times teeth brush morning & bedtime & gargling with warm water after each meal. Most importantly take little bit of water before and after meal but take after half an hour.

No problem, no need to worry. If you e on calcium tab mg is there it's needed for bone. If not yet no medicine to reduce magnesium. They r minor element.
