I assume that you are talking about anal fissure. Constipation is the main culprit for this .try to avoid it as much as possible. If you had a surgery earlier, I will suggest you to go back to your surgeon and sort it out. Instead of soframycin (an antibiotic, try with anometrogyl. It will be helpful.
