HI doctor, I am 29, Unmarried. Due to various family issue I am under a depression. After consulting a psychiatrist I am taking "Estomine SF Tablet" per day for the past 4 months. I left taking tablets after 2 months as I was feeling quite normal. And again started having automated negative thoughts, anger, frustration. Pls advise me. How long should I Use this tablet, Are there any side effects. Does this leads to Diabetes What should be my life style. Should I go for GYM / exercise, Body massage for anti-depression as few suggest to go for it. Pls advise. Many Thanks.

The tablet is a good antidepressant. In case of Depression time frame cannot be give, take regularly and consult your psychiatrist once a month. The tablet does not cause Diabetes, as you fear. Also go for CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) from an experienced clinical Psychologist.

Hi, My dad is 77 years had bypass surgery on 22.9.16. he s active and does walking and free hand exercises daily. but got dry cough without cold since 2-3 months. shown him to a renowned doctor, after chest x-ray and aftet test, dr. prescribed spiromont fa daily one tablet at9 pm fr 20 days and digihaler sf250 inhaler wit spacer daily once. my dad is very upset to take this medicine because he is already having tablet s post bypass operation. informed dr. how many days and he have this medication? is their any side affect.

Deep vein reflux is noted both sfv and pfv .2 left sf junction is in competent. 3 no dvt in both leg .4 small varicosity show in left limb. Sir please mere ko kya karna chahiye my leg is swelling. And mere ko kon sa treatment karna chahiye.

Hi. First thing is avoid prolong standing or sitting, your limbs should be elevated not hanging or in erect posture. While sleeping keep your legs elevated over a pillow. Use graded compression stockings. If its causing lot of pain, limb swelling and skin blackening/ulcer around ankle then go for surgery.

My aunty was taking this vaidyanath karela jamun juice last 2 month's for her diabetes (in addition to the diabetes medicines). Somehow she has developed cold and cough and fever due to the cold nature of jamun .now the fever is gone and also cold .she has stopped that juice. She also takes moxikind cv 625 twice daily as told by doctor and is better. But she has bad cough and has to spit it out (little little) each time she coughs. She says that phlegm/cough /mucus whatever it is is stubborn .she takes hold milk and also tulsi kada along with kofol sf cough syrup. Is there a way to bring that cough out apart from this? The cough is bothering her. She is 71 years with bp diabetes and pace maker.

Swelling ,itching, wrote and pain chala jayega. Mere ko laser karvana thik hoga. Kya mere ko compression stocking life time use karne hogi .Pl check my report in below and reply me. In 2005, I have had a injury on left eyebrow. After two of injury, I was operated for cataract in navsari gujarat. 6 year later I noticed, I am having Only 30 to 40 percent vision. I visited to Choithram netralay Indore. I went through victretomy nd sf6 there by Manish dave sir ,as Dr. Said, may be retina got swelled therefore I operated .before surgery My OCT was different. After surgery ,my OCT is normal as Dr. Said. But no improvement in vision. I them visited to shankar netralay chennai, Ms. Munna bhende mam ,checked me up and suggest to wear glass. I have asked to replant lens but they said it may dangerous. In indore, Arun bhargav sir, suggest me to take this risk. Now what should I do. Is there any retina specialist in india? Or I should replant lens. thanks in advance .please reply soon.

My mother 80 years old was on normal high Bp medication. But now her bp remains around 60/110 and pulse 62. She developed touch breathing and unable to walk with सर चकराना.Echo results no rwma at rest, concentric lvh+, dilated la, severe pah, normal lv sf, lv d dysfunction+, over=60% and moderate eccentric Mr, no ar, mild tr, no pr. Her present medication rijjo20, emisar 40, ivbrid5, cortor 10, cormet xl 50, ecosprin av 75, megamoco, nexzine 500. Even after these medicines she is unable to walk. Bp remains low as above. What should we do? Bp medicine emisar 40 already stopped 4 days ago.
