Hello. Tightening of the vagina has many components and can be achieved by various methods. There are few kiegel exercises, intra vaginal creams, laser therapy, injection therapy and surgical vaginoplasty to name a few. The results of these things varies a lot and is better to be discussed with examination and your requirement with a board certified plastic surgeon.

Hello
lax lower esophageal sphincter means that the lower end of esophagus which connects to the stomach is not as tight as expected. It would explain any symptoms of indigestion ,belching, reflux of food into the mouth, heart burn that he might be having. Weight reduction, avoiding lying down immediately after food are known to help. Hope this helps.
Book an appointment if symptoms persists. Thank you!
