Just changing the tooth paste will not help you solve the problem. Because the food particles stuck between your teeth must have become hard.
Please visit a dentist for cleaning and polishing of the teeth. Following that, brush twice a day. Use a medicated mouth wash. Also, do tongue cleaning. Drink lots of water.
Also, check for any cavity present in your teeth.
