Advise deep cleaning, polishing, whitening (bleaching) procedures, artificial enamel filling or capping. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use Snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Apply SNOWDENT paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min .Then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results.
Cause of discoloration – Smoking, coffee, tea, drugs, aging, staining food (wine, blueberry, etc) genetics.

Colgate total 12. But you need to visit for filling of those teeth coz the paste will not fill the cavity it will keep your breadth fresh so that new cavities will not start.

It can lead to some problem but its always better if he spits, use a very small amount of toothpaste 1/4th - 1/2 the size of a pea, not more. The kid toothpaste are specially designed with reduced fluoride contents to prevent any problems with ingestion of the paste, but its always better if you put him to the habit of spitting.
