I am suffering from allergic rhinitis for last few years, I am very uncomfortable for this, now these days breathing shortness become a another problem when I get in touch with cold air basically, sometimes I use inhaler for this problems, I tried many things in ayurveda but got no results, please suggest if better medication available.

Take pranacharya jukamonil syrup 1-1 tsf twice a day with warm water. And laxmi vilas ras 1-1 tab twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Avoid milk. Cold drinks. Take hot water steam.

Hello for more than 10 years I am using nasal drop. If I dnt use nasal drop I nose used to get block and its difficult to breathe. It is worse at night if I dnt use I won't be able to sleep due to block I have to breathe through mouth please help.

You are suffering from chronic Sinusitis and may be also nasal polyp -a kind of muscular growth in nasal passage. This condition arises after long duration chronic cold n cough (Jukaam). It will be advisable to get your X-ray of nasal spine n consult a ENT Specialist. In the mean time you may drop six drops of Shadbindu Tail two times a day at sun rise and sun set time.

You can use Otrivin S saline drops. Otrivin (Xylometazoline) is not indicated as it causes dryness and rebound increase in nose block with kids.
