Hello. Watery stool is unlikely due to the medicine he is taking. More likely due the reason he had fever like viral fever with viral diarrhea. Give plenty of liquids and ors.
After every motion give few sips of ors.

3. Try to avoid persons affected with cold and cough because it spreads through droplet mode by coughing and sneezing
4. Take a tablet of levocetrizine and a basic antibiotic with an expectorant cough syrup for 4 days

Whenever there is mucous discharge from the nostrils I will suggest you to take one tablet of cetrizine at night and For dry cough I will suggest you to take syp Ascoril-D 2.5 ml and can repeat after a gap of six hours as and when required and Take Cp. Amoxicillin 500 mg twelve hourly for five days.

2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also.
3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of ac. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, when there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected.
