propanolol is for preventive migraine attacks naproxen is a pain killer flunarizine is again used in cases of preventive migraine attacks even after taking this your having headaches that means something is wrong somewhere that needs to be properly nd clinically evaluated by a neurologist.
My advice would be to consult a nearby neurologist to get treated properly.

Not very safe for long term use. It is a medicine supposed to be taken in emergency otherwise you need to take regular medicines to prevent headaches from happening.
