You might be suffering from candidal vaginitis which is a fungal infection. It would be difficult to diagnose without a visual aid. Please don't apply surfaz SN cream. That would definitely cause more harm than good.

Some patients may develop swelling in lower limbs due to retention of water and sodium following intake of certain NSAIDs like diclofenac. It could be due to not tolerating that drug. So it is better she avoids it. First thing is stop the drug and if needed some antihistaminic may be used. Swelling will go away after stopping the drug. Henceforth, she should avoid using that compound again. Thanks.

Never use dettol there, do not wear v-shape, wear open desi naade wala ! or jockey cotton not v. use zole cream which contains miconazole only & apply twice a day continuously for 21 days. stay cool, wear cool cotton.
