You have to eat high fiber food and avoid junk food and take lactulose syrup at night . Eat more fruits if you are not diabetic

To a patient on wheelchair liquid food or well mashed softened food can be given and . High fiber intake or Lactulose syrup will help constipation

He is constipated and give water, avoid bottle feed and feed with spoon. ALso Lactulose syrup can be given.
