There are so many cause of Mouth ulcer .Apply metro gel ointment.Rinse your mouth three times after each meal. Take multivitamin capsule once daily. Go for proper investigation to rule out the cause of ulcers.

Visit a dentist he can diagnose your ulcer and give right medicine to you. There are lot of medications available in the treatment of ulcer, its important to know what kind or type of ulcer and to treat. Topical applying gels are available which can give immediate pain relief. Certain multi vitamin tablets containing zinc helps in faster healing.

Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need Coronoplasty (smoothen teeth edges) along with Multivitamin cap, for five days in the morning after meals & antiseptic ointment or gel on the area of ulcer until then. Mouth sores are common and rarely cause complications.

Hello. A simple treatment of cotton dipped in glycerine over night on top of the ulcer will bring down the pain drastically. It should heal in two days.
